Contract Visual Designer supporting Capital Group marketing initiatives by leading the design of dynamic, animation-enhanced presentations that increased audience engagement and clarified campaign messaging. Managed a small team of designers while handling a high volume of projects across five internal teams. Partnered with writers and stakeholders to distill complex financial concepts into accessible infographics and charts for audiences including Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch. Produced campaign assets—brochures, PowerPoint decks, web pages, and social media ads—in full alignment with brand guidelines and ADA accessibility standards. Collaborated with executives and senior leadership to design high-impact business pitches in PowerPoint and Keynote, integrating advanced animations, transitions, imagery, and infographics to effectively communicate complex campaign narratives. Managed audiovisual (AV) setup logistics for pitch presentations nationwide, ensuring seamless and professional delivery. Developed polished PowerPoint templates for large-scale conference presentations by Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and designed brochures and sales leave-behinds using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Reimagined slide content to elevate user engagement and visual storytelling. Partnered directly with founders of two boutique pharmaceutical advertising agencies to design pitch decks that secured major accounts, doubling company size within a year. Created print-ready signage (24x36 foam boards, 7ft vertical posters) and designed branded leave-behind materials including thank-you cards, custom packaging, USB drives, and gift boxes.
